In August 2026, the stainlesssteel pipe market experienced declines in earlytomid August followed by price stabilization in late August. Affected by high temperature, typhoons and traditional offseason factors, endusers mainly placed smallvolume rigiddemand orders. Traders offered hidden price cuts to boost sales. 316L: 30600‑30900 in Wenzhou; Jiangsu Anhui (Dainan) cut its price by 200 to 31100 at monthend; Wuxi remained stable at 30600.
201/J2 decorative pipe: 8600‑8800 in Shandong/Foshan, sideways movement.
